Candle making is a complex procedure with many extenuating factors, we cannot guarantee how a wick will perform in your particular blend and vessel. 

At this time, we cannot accept returns, however we will always strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we will happily exchange or replace the item as quickly as possible. If you have an issue, please contact us. You have a timeframe of 28 days to exchange your product. Please e-mail us at "".

When posting your package we recommend that you retain your proof of postage and use a signed for delivery service. Products must be returned in original packaging and in a re-sellable condition, so please ensure it is packed well to avoid damage in transit.
