Here at elevò home, customers and customer satisfaction are very important to us. We value every person who buys from elevò home and to say thank you and to reward you for purchasing elevò home products we are launching the "elevò home Loyalty Club."

What is the elevò home Loyalty Club?

The elevò home Loyalty Club is our way of saying thank you to our customers who make regular purchases from us here at elevò home. Whether you buy a Candle, Wax Melts, a Room Spray or any of our other products, we want you to know that we appreciate your loyalty. To show that appreciation, you will get points for every Pound you spend on www.elevohome.com which will accumulate and grow with every purchase, rewarding you with discounts on our products.

You can find the elevò home Loyalty Club on the bottom left corner of your screen. On mobile devices only the logo will be shown (as pictured).

When making purchases from elevohome.com, you can now turn your purchases into points and those points into rewards. To be eligible to collect points from your www.elevohome.com purchases you have to be a member of our website. As it is possible to purchase products from our website as a “guest”, we encourage you to become a member of www.elevohome.com to collect points on your purchases and be able to redeem them. If you have already made purchases via www.elevohome.com then we have updated your account with the points earned from your purchases. These points can only be claimed if you sign up as a member on www.elevohome.com using the same email address that you used to make your purchase (if applicable).

To turn points into a reward, you will need to log into your account on www.elevohome.com, then click on the launcher to open the rewards panel.

Next, click on “All rewards”.

If you don't have enough points to redeem, you will see a progress bar on the right, next to the name of the reward.

Log in to your www.elevohome.com member account to view your points/rewards and see if you can redeem them against future purchases/see how many more points you need to start claiming your rewards for making purchases from www.elevohome.com. If you have enough points, there will be a “Redeem” button.

Click “Redeem” to be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to “Apply code” which will automatically apply that coupon code to the checkout.

To redeem points on variable rewards, you will need to use the points slider to select the amount of points you would like to spend, then click “Redeem”.

You will receive an email with the coupon code for your records and the code will also be stored in your rewards panel under the “Your Rewards” section at the bottom.

Please Note: Once you have redeemed your points for a reward, the reward will remain in your account until you decide to use it on a purchase. Points are not automatically returned to your account if a reward is redeemed and not used.
